Shaskan taste-tested and approved each of the wine bar’s 150 wines, which are available by the glass. There are also non-boozy cocktails, plus a small food menu, with items such as cheese and fruit plates.

Trident's other properties include Wishbone & Flynt and its accompanying bar, The Amber Room. The restaurant had been the subject of numerous noise complaints from nearby residents because of the several concerts it hosted throughout the year, particularly in the spring and summer. For his latest restaurant, Fort Worth chef Stefon Rishel headed due west to the up-and-coming area of Willow Park. Fort Worth moves are being made — and the city’s restaurant scene is changing with flair. Trident’s other restaurants are in full swing however, with Wishbone & Flynt and the soon to open TreMogli Cucina Italiana just next door.

“The emphasis really is on family friendly,” Trident principal Kyle Bryson tells PaperCity. The inside of Berry St. Ice House can accommodate up to 80 people and the expansive back lawn can easily welcome 200 or more. The trio of Stefon Rishel, who serves as executive chef, and his two business partners, Kyle Bryson and Wallace Owens, formed Trident Restaurant Group in 2017.
